Many stalls are cash only. Card stalls are marked.
Vendors are still setting up at opening. The full lineup is out about an hour later.
Old rails and uneven asphalt run through the middle. The alley is not step-free.
More join the market all the time. The lineup changes every weekend, so confirm at the gate.

Aguas frescas by the tub and nieve de garrafa.
Panacota, tiramisu, crème brûlée and cannoli.
Mexican sushi rolls, fusion rolls and teriyaki bowls.
Tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas, with asada, al pastor, suadero, cabeza and more.

A Pueblan chicken-cutlet sandwich, best with something cold to drink.

Fresh fruit waters, poured from big tubs along the alley.
